The Next gen of Motorola handsets have launched. The Company announces its three phones, Moto X style, Moto X Play and Moto G 3rd gen. Motorola’s design formula is simple but functional with pure Android experience makes it a quite popular in smartphone segment and managed to create a unique signature.
Motorola Moto G 3rd gen is a budget friendly phone that promises to deliver a solid smartphone experience without any major compromises at same price point as Moto G 2nd gen. The new Moto G 3rd gen is build in a 5-inch 720p display with protected by Gorilla Glass 3. The Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor @ 1.4GHz and Adreno 306 GPU inside, with LTE support, as well as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. Phone running on the latest Android 5.1.1. It’s primary camera is a 13MP unit with dual-tone flash. On the front a 5MP selfie shooter. Motorola have increased the battery capacity to 2,470mAh. Motorola Moto G 3rd gen comes with two varriants, one with 2GB of RAM with 16GB of storage at INR 12,999 ($203) and another with 1GB RAM with 8GB of storage at INR 11,999 ($187).
Motorola Moto X Style is this year flagship of Moto line. Moto X to deliver top-notch performance with a clean Android experience. You can make your customization options thanks to the Moto Maker. Its features a 5.7″ 1440 x 2560 pixels display with Gorilla Glass 3 pixel density of 520 ppi, powered by Qualcomm MSM8992 Snapdragon 808 CPU Dual-core 1.8 GHz Cortex-A57 & quad-core 1.44 GHz Cortex-A53 with GPU Adreno 418, 3GB RAM. A new 21 megapixel Primary camera with phase detection, auto-focus camera, auto-HDR mode, panorama, geo-tagging, dual-LED dual-tone flash. It can shot 4k @30fps, 1080p@60fps. Secondary 5MP front-facing camera with FullHD video capture and unique facing flash. Other than that it has a 3000 mAh Battery with fast charging 34% in 15 min and its Water registrant (IP52 certified). For storage it comes with 32/64GB model with microSD support up to 128GB. New Motorola Moto X comes with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box and promise to quick update to Android M when it’s available. Moto X style will available globally in August with price tag of $399 (INR 26,999).
Moto X Play is new line for upper mid-range market comes with a smaller 5.5″inch 1080p display and the mid-range Snapdragon 615 chipset with 2GB of RAM. Again it will available with two storage options 16GB and 32GB with microSD slot support up to 128GB. Moto X Play has a 21MP f/2.0 camera same as Style, but video capture only at 1080p with front shooter of 5MP, all this powered by a larger 3,630mAh battery and it will be $100 cheaper than it’s big bother Moto X, available globally in August with price tag of $299 (INR 18,999).
