After so many leaks and teasing, Sapphire finally announced its premium Radeon RX 480 graphics card, the NITRO+. Featuring the company’s latest Dual-X cooling solution with a pair of easily detachable 95 mm fans, and an air-channel that directs hot air towards the top. The card also features a full custom-design PCB with a strong VRM, which draws power from a single 8-pin PCIe power connector.
The Radeon RX 480 NITRO+ will be available in two variants, 4 GB and 8 GB. The 4 GB variant comes with clock speeds of 1208 MHz core, 1306 MHz boost, and 7 Gbps memory. The 8 GB variant has 1208 MHz core, 1342 MHz boost, and 8 Gbps memory. The card also has LED-lit Sapphire logo, which can be changed from default blue color to any RGB color or sync with PCB temperature and fan-speeds.
