Plextor will reveal M8Pe M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD at CES 2016

Back in 2014 Plextor release its M6e PCIe M.2 SSD, which was one of the fastest drive at that time, and now with NVMe standard Plextor prepare the 4x PCIe 3.0 based M8Pe M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD, which will offer 4 kilobyte random reads up to 270,000 Input/Output operations per second (IOPS), and 4KB write up to 150,000 IOPS. The Drive also features PlexTurbo RAM caching, compression technology for maximizing storage capacity, and PlexVault, which allows you to hide private data from others on a shared computer.

We know it will be blazing fast, with more NVMe SSDs coming out, there price may come down significantly in next year.
