The PC system requirements of FIFA 17 have been announced

The PC system requirements of FIFA 17 have been announced; the game will require 4 CPU threads, 8GB of RAM and 50GB of storage space.

On the GPU side, the game will require a minimum of a GTX 460 or an AMD R7 260, also recommending an R9 270 or and GTX 660. This is the first FIFA game to be made using the Frostbite engine, which is the same game engine that is used to make Star Wars: Battlefront and the Battlefield series.

FIFA 17 will release on PC on September 27th, but the game will be available for EA Origin Access members from September 22nd.
