Intel announces the 600P series of M.2 SSDs for mainstream market

Intel announces their 600P series of M.2 SSDs for the mainstream market, offering capacities of up to 1TB and higher read speed than traditional SATA SSDs.

Intel used Micron’s new 3D TLC NAND chips for this SSDs, offering prices which are much lower than existing M.2 SSDs and competitive to SATA SSDs. Only compromise on 600P series that they didn’t have high write speeds and gives similar write performance to SATA SSDs, though the drives will offer much higher read speeds than any traditional SATA SSD. But 600P series will offer different speeds depending on the capacity. The list is down below:
