Denuvo has the reputation to being very hard to crack of bypass, so much so that a game hacking group has stated that game cracking may be impossible in as little as two years if such technology continues to grow in popularity.
Now both upcoming Far Cry: Primal and Rise of the Tomb Raider will be making use of Denuvo’s Anti-Tamper Technology, with Far Cry Primal mentioning it in the game’s EULA and Rise of the Tomb Raider being listed on Denuvo’s own website.
In the details, Far Cry: Primal’s EULA clearly states that the game uses Denuvo:
“THE PRODUCT IS PROTECTED BY DIGITAL RIGHTS MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE (“DRM SOFTWARE”) AND DENUVO ANTI-TAMPER PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY”
This means we may not see any pirated versions of this games no torrent.
