ASUS introduced the GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Phoenix graphics card, with an 18.3 cm long single fan cooler and a custom-design PCB that powered by a single 6-pin PCIe power connector. Under the shroud, it is a simple monolithic aluminum heatsink with a copper core, which dissipates using a single 80mm dual ball bearing fan.
The GTX 1060 3GB Phoenix will come with NVIDIA reference speeds of 1506 MHz core, 1708 MHz GPU Boost, and 8.00GHz (GDDR5-effective) memory. Like all other 3GB variants of the GTX 1060, GPU core features just 1,152 CUDA cores (compare to 1280 CUDA cores of 6GB variant). For display outputs, the card includes 2x DisplayPort and 2x HDMI connectors, and a DVI port. No word on pricing yet.
